Rolex is a type of company that offers limited liability or legal protection for its shareholders but that place is certain restriction on its ownership. I will be explaining two different businesses that what their purposes are, what kind ownership are they and what is the type of their business.

These restriction are defined in the companies laws and regulation and are meant to prevent any hostile take over attempt. Tesco started in when jack cohlen started selling surplus grocery from a stall in east London.

The advantage of Rolex watches are that they are very high quality and got very unique luxury design that why they are famous for its quality.

The disadvantage will be that Rolex are one of the most expensive brands in the world a lot of people cannot afford to buy for its high price so I believe the high price is a disadvantage.

Tesco is a secondary sector because they make some items themselves like when the products have the Tesco brand make on it.

Rolex is a private limited company as they produce their own products. They also believe that all the customer are high class people so to meet their customer expectation they spend 6 hour on each watch on average to pass all the test then send it to the customer because quality matters a lot of Rolex.

Rolex produces luxury watches and they supply it to high class people around the world who have big money to spend on it.

They got store around the world which makes them the biggest watch brand in the world. Tesco sells different types of products and most of them are fair trade. Some other companies or people who have their own business buy shares or a section inside the actually shop floor and sell their own products which makes their own profit.

They are self-employed and also give them an advantage to employ people in their business. Then the shares will go up and down depends on the market. Rolex is a Swiss brand.

They got over stores internationally all around the world. And today Tesco is the UKs biggest supermarket company by employing about people internationally and still expanding.

I believe the disadvantage of having a Tesco in a local area would be that the small corner shop etc. Their main purpose is to make high quality watches with luxury design.

Rolex is an international company because they have branches in over countries with employing watch makers and other staff. I believe the advantage of having a Tesco in a local area would be that they will be cheaper compare to all the other stores around in local.
